With two decades of experience working with leadership teams, Eric specializes in helping organizations intentionally shape their culture through trust, communication, and aligned leadership practices. His work focuses on the belief that healthy organizations are built when leaders create environments where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
Eric has served as Director of Culture & Leadership Development at Emler, where he helped guide leadership strategy and organizational culture across a growing multi-location company. His background also includes experience in experiential leadership development and organizational psychology; perspectives that inform his practical, human-centered approach to organizational change.
Through consulting, facilitation, and coaching, Eric partners with leaders who want to strengthen their culture, improve team dynamics, and build organizations where both people and performance thrive.
